PGS announces move to Oslo

Oslo, Norway.....Petroleum Geo-Services ASA announced that following the recent PGS board decision to move the Company's corporate headquarters to Oslo, the position and functions of the Company's CFO will be moved accordingly. The current CFO, Mr. Jon Christopher Boswell, will leave PGS and be replaced by Mr. Knut 0versjoen who joins PGS from a position of Senior Vice President Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions/CFO U-Moe ASA in Oslo, Norway.
