Dallas, TX ... Apollo Drilling, Inc. has announced that effective October 17, 2006, it has changed its ticker symbol from SIMP to APDR. Tomorrow, October 18, 2006, the symbol will have a second "D" appended as a 5th character for 20 trading days to indicate a 7 to 1 forward stock split (APDRD), after which the ticker symbol will revert back to APDR.
Additionally, the Company’s name has been formally changed from Siam Imports, Inc. to Apollo Drilling, Inc., and the reincorporation of the Company to Delaware is now effective. Pursuant to a plan of merger, seven (7) new shares of Apollo Drilling, Inc. common stock will be issued in exchange for every one (1) outstanding share of Siam Imports common stock held by shareholders as of 8:00 AM Eastern Standard Time on October 18, 2006, upon surrender of such shares to the Company’s transfer agent.
