Sondex names Watt region manager

London ... Sondex has named Anthony Watt as Region Manager for the Middle East, Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), announced Martin Perry, Sondex Chief Executive. As Region Manager, Watt will be based in Dubai and is responsible for growing Sondex’s business throughout the region.

“We currently have approximately 100 clients in 20 countries throughout our region, ranging from small independent service companies to large multinational service companies,” said Watt. “I am looking forward to working with each of our clients as well as the Sondex company.”

Along with four new members of the Sondex staff in the Middle East region, Watt said they will be expanding their existing capabilities to serve clients throughout the region with support personnel and technical resources.

Watt has more than 21 years of experience in the oilfield service arena—including 15 years in operations and business development management roles. Prior to Sondex, Watt has held management positions at PathFinder Energy Services and Halliburton Manufacturing and Services Limited.
