Gulf Coast Connector LLC has announced the extension of an ongoing open season for service offerings at the company's proposed natural gas storage and transportation hub in northeastern Louisiana.

On March 20, 2008 the company announced the start of a non-binding open season for up to 16 Bcf of storage capacity as well as firm transportation and wheeling services independent of storage to last from March 27 to May 9, 2008. In order to explore strategic opportunities as determined by customer interest to date and give optimal consideration to project scope based on this interest, the open season has been extended until May 23, 2008 at 6pm EST.

The Company plans to construct approximately 40 miles of pipeline from the busy Perryville hub area to Delhi transporting up to 2.0 Bcf/d of natural gas sourced from key supply areas to highly valued downstream markets and will directly connect to up to thirteen bi-directional pipelines.

Gulf Coast Connector plans to file permit applications with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission by this summer. The anticipated Phase in-service date is December 2009 for transportation and Summer 2011 for Phase I storage related services.
