TSC offshore acquisitions expand its product lines and enhance its global service capabilities

TSC Offshore Group Ltd. has recently completed the acquisitions of Global Marine Energy plc. This acquisition adds three operating units to TSC namely; Patriot Mechanical Handling Inc, Patriot Winch and Ansell Jones Co Ltd.

Group President Robert Sliva said "The synergies of the acquisitions are in line with the TSC global business strategy to provide services in the areas that our clients operate and thus deliver turnkey products, services and training to enhance their Offshore Drilling and Production economics and efficiencies. The GME acquisition brings the addition of Singapore, Brazil and four UK locations that combined with TSC's existing locations will increase the worldwide reach of providing services to our clients".

"Later this year we will open our dedicated Research & Development Center plus Employee and Customer Training Centers to ensure we have the next generation of product development capability and trained professionals for our clients and ourselves.
