EnergyQuest II, LLC acquires South Louisiana assets

EnergyQuest II, LLC has announced the acquisition of certain South Louisiana properties from Clayton Williams Energy, Inc., with an effective date of March 1, 2008, for an aggregate purchase price of approximately $95 million.

This purchase expands the holdings of EnergyQuest along the Gulf Coast of Texas and Louisiana, the region in which the company will continue to primarily focus and is currently pursuing additional acquisition opportunities.
