Superior Oil and Gas signs gas purchase agreement

Superior Oil and Gas Co. has executed three agreements with PVR Midstream, LLC for it to purchase the natural gas production from three wells in the Eddington Field in Logan County, Oklahoma, announced Dan Lloyd, CEO of Superior. Two of the wells are Superior’s recently drilled Chickie No. 1 Well and Gayla No. 1 Well. The third well is Superior’s successful workover of its recently purchased Lonesome River A No. 1 Well. The wells are surrounded by major production. Lloyd stated that Superior intends to drill additional wells in the Prospect.
