Intern/ Student Assistant in Customer Service Management & SBO (M-WG-BDC) department

Our Customer Service Management & SBO department is organized within DNV GL Maritime to serve our maritime customers in all commercial aspects (from quotation to claim handling).

The SBO department is our Sales Back Office department to assist our Key Account Managers with defines tasks.

Currently we are looking for student who will have following responsibilities:

  • Keeping our customer relationship tool up to date in respect of data quality
  • Filing of contracts in various files
  • Sending standard customer information to selected customers.

Position Qualifications

  • Students currently enrolled in Mechanical/ Business Engineering Studies or equivalent
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Good English language skills (both written and spoken)
  • Fluent German language skills
  • Capable of working independently and reliably.

  • Contract duration for minimum one year.

Position is based in Hamburg.
