Lead Process Engineer

The Role:
We are looking for a Lead Process Engineer for working on a brownfield project.

To promote safety culture within PBF and the activities. To lead by exemplarity to have the other team members adhering and contributing.
To ensure that safe and ethic working practices are carried out within the activities of coordination and interface. To guarantee the compliance on the activities.
To adopt & demonstrate an exemplary behaviour with regard to the CY Ethics and "Code of Conduct" policy & to promote/enforce the TEPA Anti-Corruption Program within the team.
With the spirit of One TOTAL values, to establish and manage the activities motivating the other members of the team and to work diligently to meet the targets of the Projects.
To ensure that state of the art, TEPA referential and local rules/laws are complied with and captured in all contractual requirements.
To promote innovation as far as compatible with good enough approach for all activities.
To seek optimization and savings all along the different phases of the project. To focus on costs and 3C program without impairing HSEQ objectives.
To manage and coordinate the process discipline activity performed by the EPC contractor to ensure a safe and optimized design in line with contract specifications, cost and project
To take an active part in the review of the process discipline documents (PFD, PID, calculation notes, process simulation, basis of design…) as well as flow assurance documents by providing relevant comments in due time.
To take an active part in all HAZOP, HAZID and technical process reviews, and pro-actively contribute in the resolution of the resulting action items.
To highlight any deviation to contract specifications and Company specifications and as well look for optimization and good enough design.
To participate to weekly, monthly and ad-hoc process discipline meetings with EPC CONTRACTOR and VENDORS.
To technically review acceptance of EPC contractor technical queries and derogations for the process discipline and liaise with HQ for derogation approval.
In relation with others TOPSIDE discipline leaders, to optimize as required the process design in order to facilitate the offshore work and SIMOPS operation and duration.
To be the focal point of HQ for the process discipline and coordinate the activities and document review done via RFS.
To be the focal point for SURF, SPS and field operation department for the flow assurance matters.
To ensure proper communication of ongoing process and flow assurance activities with PBF entity and ZINIA Ph2 SURF and SPS packages as well as FOD.
To provide technical support ZINIA ph2 FPSO Technical Leader and FPSO Package Manager on specific transverse topics. As deemed required, to provide technical support to other PBF projects for process & flow assurance questions.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
The CONTRACTOR's PERSONNEL assigned by the CONTRACTOR to perform the SERVICE must have a 10 years of experience as a minimum in the lead process engineering with solid process and flow assurance background but also an experience in brown field projects and familiar with field operation requirements, good communication skills, organizational skills and positive attitude and a good English level (minimum of level 4 on the Bright test).
