Corporate Member of a recognized Mechanical chartered professional body highly desired.
A minimum of 15 years' Piping Engineering or related industry experience essential.
Significant experience within the chemical, petrochemical or refinery industries essential.
Working knowledge of applicable codes and standards (ASME, ASTM, ANSI, API, etc.) essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft office software (Word and Excel) and Company purchased and in house created software. Should also be familiar with editing, opening and reading drawings in Microstation and working with SP3D 3D CAD system on projects essential.
Previous experience working in Saudi or the Middle East advantageous.
Ability to make independent decisions in the planning, organizing and coordination of solutions to complex problems.
Competent with the ability to lead a team of discipline engineers and provide engineering support.
Enthusiasm and drive to stay abreast of new trends and technologies in your field.
Proactive, flexible and dedicated team player, able to achieve goals.
Enjoys working in a multidisciplinary team essential.
Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to engage and work effectively with team players from various cultures.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop good working relationships and to provide advice and guidance on your area of expertise essential.
