Scopus Engineering, the dimensional control, laser scanning and lean engineering provider, has achieved a Bronze Healthy Working Lives Award.
“The award is evidence of our commitment to continuous improvement and the ongoing wellbeing of our employees. Thanks to the Healthy Working Lives program implemented by our committee here at Scopus, our employees are more aware of health, safety and wellbeing issues, and are encouraged to take part in workplace improvements. Our efficient approach to engineering means getting it right first time, every time, and having a safe and healthy workforce is part of that approach,” said Sean Girvan, managing director at Scopus.
The Healthy Working Lives initiative is led by the NHS, and empowers organizations to develop a safer, healthier and more motivated workforce.
